We offer a no question asked return policy as we want our customer to feel confident in our product and we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary.

Customised orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. They can only be altered.

You have a window of 2 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return through either email or call, failing which a return will not be processed. To ensure a smooth process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines-

• The return process must be initiated within 2 days of delivery of the product, failing which a return will not be processed.
• All tags must be intact and attached to the product.
• The product must pass a quality check upon return.

Return Process:

• Initiate the return process by contacting us at sales@ishasawhney.com or calling us or whatsapp at +91 9515118827 within the stipulated two-day period.
• Our team will guide you through the return process. Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer
• Pack the product securely, ensuring it reaches us in its original condition.

Quality Check:

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. If we have received it in the same condition as it was sent, we will proceed with the return process.

Refund Process:

The refund will be processed to the bank account of the payer.

Please allow a reasonable processing time of approximately 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Considerations:

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Isha Sawhney is not liable for items damaged during the return shipping process. If there is any damage during return, the return and refund shall not be processed

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep in mind to account minor variations considering the manufacturing and artisanal process.
