Exchange Policies

We acknowledge that situations may arise necessitating an exchange. You are granted a period of 5 days from the product receipt date to initiate an exchange. To facilitate a seamless process, please consider the following guidelines -

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Size Exchange must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Product Exchange must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. The amount will be available as a store credit that will have a validity of 1 month from the date of exchange.
  • Customised orders are not eligible for exchanges. They can only be altered.
  • The product must be in its original condition and have all tags intact.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@ishasawhney.com or call or whatsapp on +91 9515118827 within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide necessary instructions.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed, retaining its original condition, and has all tags intact.

Shipping for Exchange:

  • The cost of shipping for size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Isha Sawhney will cover the shipping costs for damaged product exchanges.
  • Isha Sawhney is not liable for items damaged during the return shipping process. If there is any damage during return, it will be the liability of a customer

Disclaimer:

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep in mind to account minor variations considering the manufacturing and artisanal process.
