Refund policy

We appreciate your business, but please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases. Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered (i.e., the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged within 2 days. In such cases, we will re-fulfill your order with the same or a similar product after a review of the defect within a specific time frame.

Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis. We request you to get in touch with our customer care for prompt resolution. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow returns or exchanges under any other circumstances. Customers are requested to verify and review the following before placing an order:

  • Embroidery, colors, and sizes.
  • Components and quantities.
  • Delivery timelines.
  • Exact sizing as per our size chart or custom sizing sent to sales@ishasawhney.com.

Since every item is a custom-made fresh order, products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. No refunds will be issued if:

  • The customer provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • There are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
  • The package is refused by the recipient.

All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions policy shall prevail.

How to Report an Issue

To return or exchange a wrongfully delivered product or report a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery. Please share the following details:

  • Order number and date of transaction.
  • Delivery address.
  • Images of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
